Michigan, unfortunately, is pretty slow because of their overwhelming case loads, but he can place a parenting time/visitation complaint with the Friend of the Court in reference to the minor child. There is nothing anyone can do about the "parent-bashing" as no one can monitor the mother. The court will set a hearing possibly in front of a referee or magistrate about the parenting time complaint. I don't know the custody situation with your honey, but he may need court approval to take his child out of the State. I hope this was helpful. He should have been appointed a Family support specialist and should try to contact them to place a complaint.
