		<description>If he continues to see the children I wouldn't think so. But if your court order states the children cannot leave the state and he takes them across the state line then definately. However, 3 nights a week. . .if they are in school this could cause a hardship on the children due to the difference in traveling and could affect their school performance. 

I would contact my attorney.</description>
